Meet Jonena Billips, The Founder of K.I.N
Jonena Billips is the founder of Kids in Need Foundation, Inc. (K.I.N.), a nonprofit organization established in 2025 with a mission to empower at-risk youth academically, socially, and emotionally through safe, structured, and enriching after-school programs. With over 10 years of experience working within child welfare services, Jonena has dedicated her career to supporting children and families while advocating for positive community impact and long-term success for youth.
Under her leadership, K.I.N. provides tutoring, mentorship, life-skills development, and hands-on enrichment opportunities that help children build confidence, resilience, and strong character. Guided by the core values of integrity, compassion, and empowerment, the organization strives to create a nurturing environment where every child has access to the support and resources needed to thrive.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Jonena is a certified Loan Signing Agent, a Florida Public Notary, and a proud member of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce. Through meaningful partnerships and community engagement, her vision is to help break cycles of disadvantage and create pathways for lifelong success for children and families throughout the community.
